30 Day Return Policy

Whether you made your purchase at a REX LIGHT store or online, if you’re not completely satisfied, return it with proof of purchase within 30 days from the purchase date for an exchange or refund at the original purchase price. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Proof of Purchase

Online purchases require order confirmation or shipment confirmation emails as proof. If you can’t locate your proof of purchase, contact our Customer Solutions Center at support@rexlightpro.com to request a copy.

Refunds

  • Online returns are refunded to the payment method used, except for PayPal in-store returns, which are refunded to the associated PayPal account.
  • Refunds for returns initiated online are detailed below:

Original Payment: Refund issued in form of: Credit/Debit Card – Credit to the same card, Gift Card – Merchandise Return Card.

  • Gift items returned are refunded as a REX LIGHT gift card.

  • Online returns take 48 hours to process upon receipt.
  • Shipping restrictions may apply for items like batteries, oil, etc.
  • Gift cards and live goods may have unique return policies.

If you have purchased items under a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, returns are allowed but the refund value depends on the item returned. If a promotional gift card was included with your purchase, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the gift card if the qualifying item is returned.
